- In the USA, funds are collected through donations and grants via CTR’s 501c3 corporation. CTR accepts donations online via PayPal.
- In the Philippines, funds are collected through donations via CTR’s NGO corporation.

- Funds are allocated and prioritized on the greatest need, and based on a case by case scenario.
